Min Stay Requirements:

For reservations of 2 nights or below, we will charge a supplement of 30 € per room.
During Season a minimum stay of 4 days is required, unless a slot is available
During High Season a minimum stay of 7 days is required, unless a slot is available

Our Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, 40% deposit of the total stay will be required (min. 1 night).
In case of cancellation, the prepaid deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the initial reservation will be charged.
In case of no show or anticipated departure, the full amount of the initial reservation will be fully charged, and the reservations will automatically be cancelled

Our General Terms & Conditions:

Rooms are available as of 4 pm on the arrival date, Check-out must take place before 11 am on the departure day
Prices include VAT and visitor's tax
Animals are not permitted
Smoking in the rooms is not permitted
