Our Cancellation Policy

• Upon booking, 40% deposit of the total stay will be required (min. 1 night).
• In case of cancellation, the prepaid deposit is not refundable.
• In case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the initial reservation will be charged. 
• In case of no show or anticipated departure, the full amount of the initial reservation will be fully charged, and the reservations will automatically be cancelled 

Our General Terms & Conditions:

• Reception & check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm, rooms are earliest available as of 4 pm on the arrival date
• Check-ins outside the reception period indicated above only after prior mutual agreement
• Check-out must take place before 11 am on the departure day
• Breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 11:00
• Prices include VAT and visitor's tax 
• Animals are not permitted
• Smoking in the rooms is not permitted
• Please note:  There is no restaurant service available
• Payment methods: Cheques, Wire Transfer, Cash (Credit Cards are not accepted)
