Our Cancellation Policy

Upon booking, 40% deposit of the total stay will be required (min. 1 night).
In case of cancellation, the prepaid deposit is not refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the initial reservation will be charged.
In case of no show or anticipated departure, the full amount of the initial reservation will be fully charged, and the reservations will automatically be cancelled

Our General Terms & Conditions:

Reception & check-in from 4 pm to 8 pm, rooms are earliest available as of 4 pm on the arrival date
Check-ins outside the reception period indicated above only after prior mutual agreement
Check-out must take place before 11 am on the departure day
Breakfast will be served from 8:30 - 11:00
Prices include VAT and visitor's tax
Animals are not permitted
Smoking in the rooms is not permitted
Please note: There is no restaurant service available
Payment methods: Cheques, Wire Transfer, Cash (Credit Cards are not accepted)
